Good Stuff

Robbie's Homemade Pumpkin Pie

It's not just a dessert.  It's also a kickin' breakfast.  Later it will make an excellent lunch.  Followed by leftover mounds of her Freeepeace Special - mashed potatoes!

Ooooh yeah, so much to be thankful for.

Hunny's joined me on this bandwagon.  Robbie sent me home with a bloody beef bone (I know, ew.)  But now she's Hunny's hero.  And Hunny's my hero.  There's not one speck of meat or marrow left.  Atta girl!

~ * ~ With the exception of a wonderful homecooked dinner with Robbie, I've been working all week/end.  I'm off to work some more.  I hope everyone is enjoying this kick-off to the holiday season. ~ * ~

I'm glad that you and Robbie are close enough to share a meal now and then, how nice. The pumpkin pie looks great and yep, "ewww Honey, a bloody bone?"
Enjoy the rest of the Holiday season Free and keep in mind that working to much is usually better than not working enough, right?

I'm laughing so hard. That's exactly what I had for breakfast today! I loved it! LOL!
The breakfast of champions (you're probably too young to know what I mean). : )

IRUN - Giving thanks for you too my friend.  Enjoy your weekend.

PHINNEY - Yeah yum.  And yeah she does. :D

ALPHAMARY - Probably the best pumpkin pie I've ever had.

MARY D. - Thanks for the heads-up.  I know now to check journals after I've eaten.  The plate is Robbie's - very nice.

COY - Yeah, Robbie's become a good friend outside of journals.  It's nice.  You know I love my dog when I support her animalistic (bone-crunching) behavior. ;)

ANGELA - Apparently we're not the only ones to eat pie all day long. Breakfast of Champions -- Sounds vaguely familiar (book, commercials, show, movie). Perhaps I'm too young to know.  More likely, I'm just too fog-headed. (carb-coma) :P

Just looking at the picture caused me to gain back 3 pounds!  Gee Thanks a lot for the temptation!!! :oD  It's lovely to see you and Hunny are getting on well.  I've missed hearing about your adventures.  It's good to be back online.  Have a great weekend my friend.

That's some good lookin' pie. I helped my dad and mom with the pies this year. They were awfully good, too. Well, the pumpkin was. I heard the pecan was, but I don't like pecan pie, so I wouldn't know for sure.

Anyway, glad to hear you had a good Thanksgiving.....

Hope things are going well.

UGH, Freee, I was doing so good resisting the pumpkin pie!  Now I'm madly craving some!  Gotta go get a small piece.
