Oh, you lucky girl!  Hangin' with SloMo and her family...and eating some absolutely HEAVENLY looking cake!  I really hope you guys are having a wonderful time.  It's amazing how friendships have blossomed in J-Land.

Anyway, I'm back...and getting caught up slowly but surely.  I've missed you, Trish.  Glad to hear you're feeling better and out shopping.  Ugghh.  The only thing I seem to fit in now is a bathrobe and slippers.  And even the bathrobe doesn't want to close around my ever expanding abdomen.  LOL

Well, know I'm thinking of you and Slo.  Give her a hug for me.  And Jacy too!

Love you,
Bridgett

You-you-you ... TEASE!

Frick. I guess I'll try to make the darn thing myself. Although the last time I tried a cake from scratch, it came out sagging in the middle and tasted rubbery.

I'd sing for cake ...

Ohhhhhh.... Hello, Cake.  ::slurp::

[Would it be biased if I said that kiddo was adorable??  Look at the pic of her with her eyes closed and the tip of her finger in her mouth - Bliss, I tell ya!!!  BLISS!!!]  LOL

SARAH - I posted the recipe later in this entry.  Hopefully you got it.  Try it.  Let me know what you think.

PHINNEY - Make one already.  Sheeeesh.  :P  [who am I to talk?  I don't make cakes.  I just eat 'em.]

COY - Well, as you know now, we DID have a blast. :)

RYANAGI - 'sweet torture' indeed.

OLDDOG - Good eye!  We were like, "how did he know there was chocolate milk?"

GIGI - ROFL...yes, this cake is perfect for THAT diet.  Recipe posted for you! xo

BRIDGETT - Welcome back.  We did have a great time.  As for your 'expanding abdomen' ... ummm ... I hate to break it to ya...but...it happens when you're pregnant!  I'm thinking maybe you forgot that little tidbit of information from Parker's birth.  But, that's what I'm here for - little reminders. :)

MONICA - SloMo could make a fortune if she offered this cake for overnight delivery.  I'd totally pay top dollar for it.  I'm just glad my birthday isn't till next spring - because no other cake will do anymore.  It MUST be a coca-cola cake.

MARY - Jacy is adorable.  And the look on her face in these pics truly represents the 'feeling' of the cake.  Geez, the more I comment on these comments, the more I want to run to the kitchen and snag a bite of the cake.  Ooooooh...

REDHDKA - See?  You have GOT to try it! :)

LAURAK - Well, the recipe is posted.  Have at it girl!

SHARKY - I wish you did know too.  Make the cake.  Or maybe you can get Irun to make it. ???  Someone should definitely make this cake in your household. THEN you'll be in the know!  ;)

GATOR - Isn't she the cutest?  She's all personality and attitude too.  Love that little bugger!  And her kitchen is huge, and amazing.  We spent a lot of time in there. :D

ROBBIE - Oh sure, I was a brat then.  But now that you've actually HAD the cake...what do you have to say for yourself?  Hmmm???  :P

freeepeace said...

ANDREA - Start singing girl.  I'll actually attempt to BAKE the cake myself and ship it to you if you sing for it.

JOHN - "Good" doesn't even come close. ;)

SLOMO - LOL... "hello cake...did you miss me?  I missed you."   And you may be biased if you say this kid is adorable...but really, she IS so that truth cancels out any bias you have. :)

ERIN - So, does your husband still like the cake or did the 'half of 9x9' experience kill his taste for it?  That would be so sad.
